Now the event will take place from March 20 to April 10, 2026.
The agricultural census is conducted once every ten years and represents a large-scale statistical event aimed at collecting complete and reliable information about the state and structure of the country's agricultural sector.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the results of the data collection will be an important tool for developing effective agricultural policy, enhancing food security, and promoting sustainable development in rural areas.
During the census, accurate data will be collected on key indicators such as:
- the structure and number of agricultural enterprises and farms of all forms of ownership;
- types and volumes of production in agriculture;
- availability of land, labor, and material resources;
- livestock and poultry numbers;
- features of farm management and the level of mechanization.
It is expected that the completion of the census will take place in April 2026.
