It is important to note that according to the Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan, the minimum wage (minimum amount of remuneration) is the legally guaranteed amount received by an unskilled worker who has fully worked the normal working hours while performing simple tasks under ordinary conditions. This minimum wage does not apply to the calculation of allowances, bonuses, premiums, and other social payments, except for determining the average monthly wage for pension calculations in accordance with the legislation on state pension insurance.
