In the Suzak District, a situation was recorded regarding illegal construction on the territory where a tuberculosis hospital used to be located in the village of Dostuk.
During the inspection, the prosecutor's office found that local residents had independently built several residential houses on part of the land plot without the necessary permits.
As a result of the conducted activities, a plot of land measuring 3.07 hectares, valued at 32.2 million soms and belonging to the anti-tuberculosis hospital, was returned to state ownership.
The prosecutor's office emphasized that work will continue to identify and prevent cases of illegal seizure of land belonging to state and municipal organizations.
