During the investigation, it was revealed that in 2004, the territory of the oil depot, covering 7.7 hectares and including buildings and structures (including fuel storage tanks with a total capacity of 36,200 tons), was transferred to private hands illegally. This occurred as a result of collusion between officials of state bodies, who undervalued the assets and did not conduct the necessary bidding procedures.
As a result of the operational measures taken, the oil depot was returned to the state's balance.
