The returned objects include:
administrative buildings "ABC" and land plots with a total area of more than 39 thousand square meters, located on the streets of D. Joroev, I. Elmuratov, and Mine-6;
the electrical substation "Kyzyl-Bulak" with an area of 1714 m² and the transformer "Krun-6";
two dining hall buildings with areas of 323.3 m² and 350.5 m²;
a storage facility for explosives "VViSV" on a plot of 3.1 hectares;
the building "EMC" with an adjacent land plot of 1.5 hectares;
a plot measuring 21,144 m² and a "bunker" with an area of 210.8 m².
The GKNB noted that the return of the property occurred on a voluntary basis after explanatory work was conducted with the owners. As a result of this work, the objects and lands once again became the property of the municipality of the city of Sulukty.
