At a recent session, the deputies of the Osh City Council approved the decision to transfer a number of properties that were previously state-owned into municipal ownership.
Among them were:
– a car brand "LiXiang L9" (LXA6520SHEVX05, HLX33B129R1073773);
– a land plot of 2000 square meters located at: Osh city, municipal territorial administration Alymbek Datka, microdistrict Turan, No. 29;
– a land plot with a total area of 1500 square meters, which is on the balance of the Osh regional department of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court, located at: Osh city, Ashimakhunov Street, No. 7.
Turmush previously reported that President Sadyr Japarov gifted an official car to the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, during his working trip to Bishkek on September 17.
The cost of this car ranges from 30,000 to 65,000 dollars, depending on the year of manufacture and configuration.
The car was presented to the mayor the day after President Japarov issued a severe reprimand to Toktorbaev for "improper performance of official duties."
As clarified by the press service of the Presidential Administration on September 16, the corresponding decree was signed by the president himself.
In accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution and other regulatory acts, Toktorbaev was given a severe reprimand for improper performance of official duties and non-compliance with ethical standards.
Let us remind you that in July of this year, the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, also presented Mayor Toktorbaev with a "Changan X5 Plus" car on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov "for good work." This Chinese-made crossover is mainly exported to CIS countries.
The price of the "Changan X5 Plus" in Kyrgyzstan ranged from 11,500 to 13,200 dollars depending on the configuration and year of manufacture. For example, the cost of a 2025 "Changan X5 Plus" with a 1.5-liter engine in Bishkek at that time was about 12,000 dollars.
