In accordance with Decree No. 291, signed by President Sadyr Japarov on October 20, 2025, the date of the IV People's Kurultai has been changed. The event was originally scheduled to take place on December 22, 2025, but it has now been moved to December 25, 2025.
The change was made based on the Decree "On the Holding of the Regular IV People's Kurultai," which was issued on September 22, 2025, under number 270.
This Decree was adopted in accordance with Article 11 of the constitutional Law "On the People's Kurultai," as well as Articles 70 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication, which took place in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on October 21, 2025, No. 80.
