These objects were registered to affiliated persons without legal grounds.
Employees of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan identified objects and land plots belonging to the Open Joint Stock Company "Sulyuktucomur," which had previously been illegally sold and registered to affiliated persons.
According to the information from the special service, during operational-investigative activities, the owners of the objects agreed to return them to the balance of the Sulyukta city administration:
1. Administrative building "ABK" and land plot of 1.02 hectares on D. Joroev Street;
2. Electric substation "Kyzyl-Bulak" with an area of 1714 square meters;
3. Administrative building "ABK" and land plot of 11067 square meters on I. Elmuratov Street;
4. Administrative building "ABK" and land plot of 24100 square meters;
5. Cafeteria with an area of 323.3 square meters;
6. Explosive materials warehouse "VViSV" with an area of 3.1 hectares;
7. Land plot with an area of 21,144 square meters;
8. Cafeteria with an area of 350.5 square meters on D. Joroev Street;
9. Building "EMC" and land plot of 1.5 hectares;
10. Administrative building "ABK" and land plot of 3482 square meters;
11. "Bunker" with an area of 210.8 square meters;
12. Transformer on a land plot – 600 square meters.
