During the investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCNS KR), land plots and facilities belonging to the Open Joint Stock Company "Sülüktükomur" were identified. After operational investigative actions, the owners of these facilities agreed to return them to the ownership of the city administration of Sülüktü.
Among the returned properties:
The "ABC" building and a land plot of 1.02 hectares on D. Joroev Street in Sülüktü;
The "Kyzyl-Bulak" substation with an area of 1714.0 m² on Pole-12 Street in Sülüktü;
The "ABC" building and a plot of 11067.0 m² on I. Elmuratov Street in Sülüktü;
The "ABC" building and a land plot of 24100.0 m² at Mine-6 in Sülüktü;
A cafeteria with an area of 323.3 m² on Pole-12 Street;
A storage facility for explosives "VV and SV" with an area of 3.1 hectares in Sülüktü;
A land plot of 21144.0 m² in Sülüktü;
A cafeteria with an area of 350.5 m² on D. Joroev Street in Sülüktü;
The "EMC" building and a plot of 1.5 hectares in Sülüktü;
The "ABC" building with a land plot of 3482.0 m² in Sülüktü;
The "Bunker" with an area of 210.8 m² on Pole-12 Street in Sülüktü;
The "Krun-6" transformer on a plot of 600.0 m² in Sülüktü.
