According to him, 17 acres of land have been allocated for the creation of the reservoir, and work has already begun.
“This year, we have been allocated 350 million soms from the stabilization fund to improve urban infrastructure. With this funding, we plan to implement a project to create an irrigation system for trees and flowers, as well as for water drainage,” he reported.
The water will be supplied from the Kempir-Abad canal using pumps. The construction is taking place at the confluence of the waters of Kempir-Abad and the Kök-Art River. A 2-acre plot for the pumping station has already been transferred to municipal ownership.
Next, the water will be distributed through pipes, and near the Intymak bridge, on the road to the poultry farm, we are acquiring five plots of land with a total area of 17 acres for the construction of a reservoir with a capacity of 2000 cubic meters. Initial work has already begun, the landowners are in agreement, and their values will soon be assessed by independent experts.
However, since the current year's budget does not allocate funds for this purpose, payment will be made from the 2026 budget. The complete project is scheduled for completion in the spring,” clarified K. Imanaliev.
