Kamchybek Tashiev took part in the opening of the reconstructed treatment facilities at station No. 2 "Manas Vodokanal". The work included a complete renovation of the buildings, with funding amounting to 5 million 498 thousand euros. Now the station will be able to process up to 20 thousand cubic meters of water per day, instead of the previous 8 thousand.
During a conversation with the employees of "Vodokanal," the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers inquired whether they had their own housing. The employees reported that they did not have this problem. The director of the enterprise added that last year, five employees were able to purchase housing thanks to the state mortgage program.
Kamchybek Tashiev also asked about the employees' salaries. The women began to state their incomes: 24 thousand soms, 32 thousand soms, 28 thousand soms, 31 thousand soms, 17 thousand soms.
The head of the GKNB noted that the average income of employees at the MP "Manas Vodokanal" ranges from 20 to 30 thousand soms and urged the leadership of the city hall and the enterprise to consider the possibility of increasing salaries.
The mayor of Manas, Ernisbek Ormokov, reported plans to increase the number of subscribers, which would allow for a review of the salary increase issue from the funds received in a special account.
The director of "Vodokanal Management," Tynybek uulu Zarylbek, added that a 15% salary increase is planned for the beginning of next year.
However, Kamchybek Tashiev expressed dissatisfaction with the current amounts. "Employees receive 17 thousand soms. The minimum salary for employees should be at least 35 thousand soms. Those who currently earn 35 thousand soms should earn at least 45 thousand soms. If the salary is 30 thousand soms, it should be 40 thousand soms. Work on increasing incomes," emphasized the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Tynybek uulu Zarylbek reported that in 2022, the enterprise collected 62 million soms, and this year, 200 million soms is projected. There is an annual growth of 30-40 million soms.
Kamchybek Tashiev set the task of collecting at least 300 million soms by 2026. "With an increase in the number of subscribers, your incomes should grow," he added.
