According to information received by law enforcement agencies, a 37-year-old citizen A. u. R., born in 1985, fraudulently acquired the property of residents of Bishkek by gaining their trust. It has been established that the damage from his actions exceeds $1 million.
In connection with the above events, on September 14, 2022, the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek initiated a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code and issued an in absentia indictment. Later, on September 22, 2022, the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek also opened a case against A. u. R. and declared him internationally wanted.
As a result of operational-search activities, on October 28, 2025, the wanted citizen was detained in the residential area of Archa-Beshik in Bishkek. He was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
Currently, investigative actions regarding the criminal case are ongoing, and measures are being taken to assess other possible illegal activities related to the suspect and his accomplices.
