From October 27 to 30, 2025, inspections were conducted in entertainment establishments such as anti-cinemas, karaoke bars, and computer clubs located in major cities and regions of the country.
During one of the inspections at an establishment on Abdykadyrov Street in Osh, an organized hideout for the use of synthetic drugs was discovered. It was established that the administrator S. S. K., born in 2007, along with two young men, M. D. and M. R., born in 2006, were using drugs and involved the minor K. A. A., born in 2011, in this process.
The establishment that allowed such violations and failed to ensure safety will be held accountable for the involvement of minors in illegal activities, in accordance with current legislation.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and the materials of the case have been sent to the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs for further investigation.
