A complaint was received in which the applicant accused lawyer S.N.S. of fraud. According to her, the lawyer, assuring her that he had connections in the judicial system, promised to help with a favorable decision in her criminal case in the Osh City Court. For 350,000 soms, he guaranteed obtaining probation or a deferral of punishment due to the presence of a minor child.
The lawyer was arrested on November 3 during the transfer of funds in the building of the Osh City Court. During the search, he himself handed over the amount that was the subject of the transaction to the police.
Currently, the lawyer is being held in custody in the GKNB pre-trial detention center, and investigative actions are ongoing.
