According to information from law enforcement, one of the center's employees, Zh.E.Z., in collusion with intermediaries D.E.M. and D.K.E., created an illegal scheme that allowed them to receive money from citizens, including foreigners. The intermediaries offered expedited processing of documents and services without waiting in line for a fee, which ranged from $100 to $10,000. These funds were then distributed among all participants in the scheme.
As a result of the detention of three suspects, they were placed in a pre-trial detention center, and the investigation continues to search for other possible accomplices.
Additionally, during the operation, facts of illegal registration of foreign citizens at fictitious addresses were uncovered.
Representatives of the GKNB emphasized that efforts to identify corrupt violations in the field of public services will continue.
