According to the agency's information, as part of a criminal investigation, it was established that the director of the company "Kav&Kev," citizen K.A.V., hired foreign workers without the necessary permits, medical certificates, and migration documents.



Special services also discovered that workers were producing food products in conditions that did not meet sanitary standards. In addition, there were recorded cases where false manufacturing dates were indicated on product packaging.

On November 17, 2025, K.A.V. was detained on suspicion of committing crimes under Articles 168, 297, and 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic — illegal migration, document forgery, and creating a threat to consumers. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
