According to the information from the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, a group of individual entrepreneurs consisting of V.H., V.K., and K.S. "colluded to forge labels and manufacturer markings, as well as alter production dates and expiration dates," after which they supplied these products to provide food for servicemen on active duty.
During the investigation of the criminal case, V.K. was detained and placed in custody on suspicion of large-scale fraud (Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic).
Investigative actions are ongoing, and the involvement of other private entrepreneurs and officials of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan in this crime is currently being established.
