According to information from the General Prosecutor's Office, based on this act, the government and relevant state authorities decided to transfer land plots with a total area of 335.6 hectares, located in the Issyk-Kul and Batken regions, into the authorized capital of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan." These plots were previously used in violation of regulations, which affected the economic interests of the state.
The total value of the transferred property is 15 billion 225 million 916 thousand soms, which will significantly increase the state's share in the company's capital and ensure growth in dividend revenues to the republic's budget.
