According to the updated document, the term of external management will now be from November 8, 2025, to February 8, 2026.
These measures are being taken to eliminate violations that pose a threat to the life and health of citizens, as well as in accordance with the requirements of legislation in the field of subsoil use, ecology, and industrial safety.
The State Agency for Management of State Property has been instructed to propose a candidate for the position of temporary external manager in the established manner and to notify the authorized bodies about the extension of external management.
It is worth noting that this measure to extend external management at the enterprise is not being taken for the first time.
Earlier, the press center of the State Committee for National Security reported that a strategic facility with an area of 17.7 hectares, valued at 1 billion 953 million soms, had been returned to state ownership. According to the agency, illegal privatization of the industrial quarry and adjacent territory of 16.05 hectares and 1.2 hectares was identified. These plots of land were unlawfully transferred by officials to the private company Kum-Shagyl OJSC in 2004.
In addition, the board of directors of OJSC has appealed to the authorities to conduct an audit of the company's activities. The chairman of the board, Nurbek Mambetaliev, noted that the assets of the plant, including metal, production waste, outdated cranes, and unusable equipment, are disappearing from the premises.
The board of directors also expressed confusion regarding the opening of additional accounts in commercial banks. Nurbek Mambetaliev added that currently, the company's products are being sold at significant discounts, and unclear partnership LLCs have been established.
