Social support for children will be provided in a number of cases, including:
1) the presence of a person with a disability in the family who requires constant care, including children with similar needs;
2) situations where children (including those in foster care or in a foster family) face difficulties;
3) cases of offenses committed by children in foster care or in a foster family;
4) the inability to provide care for children or persons with disabilities, as well as the lack of guardianship over them;
5) the presence of conflicts in the family, including cases of domestic violence;
6) lack of permanent residence, especially among graduates of orphanages and children left without parental care;
7) other circumstances that determine the need for social protection and support for the child, as concluded by the authorized state body.
Social support will be provided based on applications or as a result of identifying children in need of state assistance, in accordance with established rules. The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication.
