The government of the Kyrgyz Republic has made changes to the program concerning the creation and development of economic growth hubs for the period from 2025 to 2030. New initiatives have been approved to attract investments and enhance the industrial potential of the regions.
According to the resolution, authorities at all levels must create conditions conducive to investment, including the development of key infrastructure such as water supply, sewage, energy supply, and transportation routes. The program plans to establish industrial sites with transparent conditions and rules for investors.

Particular attention in the updated program will be given to the use of "green" technologies and energy-efficient solutions aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. By 2030, regional authorities are required to create at least two to three industrial sites with attractive conditions for doing business.

Additionally, the document clarifies the financial parameters of the program and the mechanisms for providing targeted transfers from the state budget to support local initiatives. Funding will be provided in stages based on development master plans approved by the Cabinet.
The changes are aimed at implementing the National Development Program, signed by President Sadyr Japarov in June 2025. The resolution will come into effect in ten days.
