Participation in this international event will open new horizons for the Kyrgyz IT ecosystem, highlighting its potential on the global stage.
The Web Summit is a large-scale event that gathers over 70,000 participants, including 2,600 startups, 1,000 investors, and 800 speakers from around the world.
The Kyrgyz delegation will present not only the country’s innovative solutions but also its tax and infrastructure advantages, as well as programs aimed at supporting startups and exporting IT services.
Kyrgyzstan aims to establish itself as an attractive destination for international IT companies, offering favorable business conditions, including 0% VAT, 0% profit tax, and 0% sales tax for residents of the High Technology Park.
Among the delegation at the Web Summit will be the team from Numerical Art, which is working on cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. Their key product, Agents for Agents, allows computer systems to "communicate" and collaboratively solve complex tasks. They will also present the Anti AI project, demonstrating how AI can integrate with human qualities such as emotions and creativity.
Numerical Art has already developed a range of smart solutions, including programs for automatic information retrieval and email processing, which help companies optimize time and resources.
