During an inspection conducted by the Transport Prosecutor's Office, ineffective use of state property by the company was identified.
In order to eliminate these violations, the prosecutor's office submitted a prosecutorial response act. As a result, the government and other state bodies decided to transfer land plots with a total area of 335.6 hectares in the Issyk-Kul and Batken regions to the authorized capital of OJSC "Kyrgyzstan Airports," which had previously been used in violation of the economic interests of the state.
Thus, the total value of the transferred property amounted to 15 billion 225 million 916 thousand soms, which will significantly increase the state's share in the company's capital and, consequently, enhance dividend revenues to the republican budget.
