Dear comrades, I kindly ask you to support the scientific library of Frunze and help it to firmly establish itself.

And one more request - to pay attention to the development of library affairs in the Kirghiz ASSR. Currently, the Kyrgyz population, as it has been found out, is completely unserved in terms of library services.
