As of the end of September 2025, the service executed 145 thousand 144 enforcement documents across the republic, of which 132 thousand 815 were directed in favor of the state, and 12 thousand 329 were in the interests of individuals and legal entities.
In the area of alimony obligations, 1 thousand 160 enforcement documents were executed. Additionally, 1 thousand 771 documents were sent to financial institutions and accounting departments, and search activities were initiated against 1 thousand 322 debtors who were evading alimony payments.
The bailiff service also issued 17 thousand 340 orders for temporary restrictions on citizens who do not comply with the decisions of authorized bodies, which were entered into the database of the Unified Migration Accounting System.
Overall, 238 enforcement proceedings concerning property confiscated in favor of the state are under control in the republic, of which 153 proceedings have been successfully completed in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
The total value of the property transferred to state ownership exceeded 165 million soms.
