As of the end of September 2025, a total of 145 thousand 144 enforcement documents were executed in the republic, of which 132 thousand 815 were in favor of the state, while the rest were in the interests of individuals and legal entities.
Since the beginning of 2025, 1 thousand 160 documents related to alimony have been enforced, and 1 thousand 322 debtors who evaded payment have been declared wanted.
In relation to citizens who do not comply with court decisions, enforcement officers issued 17 thousand 340 orders for temporary restrictions, which were entered into the database of the Unified Migration Registration System.
Throughout the republic, 238 enforcement proceedings concerning confiscated property in favor of the state are under control. Of these, 153 proceedings have been fully executed in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
The total value of property transferred to state ownership amounted to 165 million 403 thousand 953 soms.
