OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" made decisions regarding shares and new aircraft

An extraordinary shareholders' meeting of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" took place on October 31, during which a number of important initiatives for the further development of the company were discussed and approved, the press service reports.

One of the key decisions was to conduct an additional share issuance, known as the seventh emission.

Now the total number of ordinary registered shares will be increased to 27 million 65 thousand 652 pieces, each with a nominal value of 424 soms. The total amount will be 11 billion 477 million 614 thousand 898 soms. The placement of shares will be carried out through a closed subscription for all shareholders registered as of October 31, 2025, in proportion to their shares.

The buyback price is set at 424 soms per share, with the option to pay in both cash and property, the company clarified.

Additionally, a decision was made to re-register the branch in the Osh region due to the renaming of OJSC "Manas International Airport" to OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan".

The meeting also approved the updated budget parameters for the company for 2025:

Shareholders supported the project to acquire two medium-haul aircraft for the subsidiary of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" – LLC "Asman Airlines", in which the company holds a 100% stake.

The decisions made are aimed at implementing strategic tasks for the development of airport infrastructure, strengthening Kyrgyzstan's position in the regional aviation market, and increasing the efficiency of subsidiary companies.

It should be noted that earlier, on August 14, an agreement was signed between the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the Eurasian Development Bank, OJSC "ElDik Bank", and OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" for the joint purchase of several aircraft.
