As of October 1, 2025, since the start of the project, financial support has been provided to 11,821 entrepreneurs.
Of these, 9,630 businessmen in the first category (loans up to 1 million soms) were able to receive 5 billion 752 million soms. The second category, limited to a sum of 3 million soms, covered 2,191 entrepreneurs who were issued 3 billion 703 million soms.
Bermet Musakozhoeva emphasized that special attention is given to women entrepreneurs. In total, 6,949 women received interest-free loans amounting to 4 billion 964 million soms.

According to Musakozhoeva, funding is available in all regions of the country. The Osh region and Bishkek compete monthly for leadership. As of October 1, the capital took the lead due to a larger number of businesses located there, while Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, and Chui regions also hold leading positions.
She also reminded that the "Emergency Support for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises" project was launched in March 2021.
The main goal of this program is to help businesses survive the difficult post-COVID period and preserve jobs. The Ministry of Finance provided resources through the banking system, which involves 11 commercial banks.
