The company's activities have been completely halted, and the sales department has been closed. All materials related to this case have been forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
The Ministry of Construction emphasized that appropriate measures will be taken against any company that violates construction norms and laws. Selling apartments before registering the projects is an offense and may lead to criminal liability.
The department also strongly recommends that citizens verify information about projects in the registry before making a purchase and enter into a contract only after confirming the legality of the construction.
