The press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow reported that "Bakalchuk V. S. and Kim T. V. have reached an agreement on the division of property, which was approved by the appellate ruling of the judicial panel for civil cases on November 6, 2025."
The Wildberries founder noted that the terms of the agreement satisfied both parties. "Today we finally closed the issue of division after the divorce. I am glad that we found common ground and were able to make concessions. This is a sign of maturity," Kim wrote on her Telegram channel. At the time of publication, Vladislav Bakalchuk had not commented on the agreement.
The couple ended their marriage in February 2025 after 22 years of living together. The hearings on the property division case were held behind closed doors. The decision made by the Savelovsky Court of Moscow in April stated that 1% of the share in LLC "Wildberries," owned by Bakalchuk, was transferred to his ex-wife, who retained the remaining 99%.
