As a result, the deputies agreed to transfer to the city administration of Manas a private land plot of 2665.5 square meters, located at: Manas, B. Erkinbaeva St., No. 6/2, owned by A. Mamytov, along with the newly constructed building.
The document also states that the deputies agreed to an exchange, under which A. Mamytov will receive the buildings of the previously municipal children's educational center "Ariet," located at: Manas, Toktogul St., No. 55, along with a land plot of 1656 square meters.
The resolution also states that the mayor of Manas (E. Ormokova), the head of the Land Resources Department (Zh. Börükulova), and the head of the Municipal Property Department (S. Ergeshova) must carry out all actions for the transfer and acceptance of property in strict accordance with the law.
