
As a result of measures aimed at ensuring food security within the framework of a criminal case, violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic were identified, committed by the head of the company "Kav&Kev," K.A.V. This was reported by the State National Security Committee (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan.
It was established that this individual attracted foreign citizens to work in unsanitary conditions without the necessary permits, medical certificates, and migration documents, where they produced food products for the population. There were also recorded cases where incorrect production dates were indicated on the product packaging.
On November 17, 2025, K.A.V., suspected of violations falling under Articles 168 Part 2 Paragraph 3, 297 Part 1, and 379 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal migration, document forgery, creating a threat to consumers), was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the KR.
Currently, necessary investigative actions are ongoing.
