According to the SCNS, K. A. V. is accused of hiring foreign workers without the necessary migration, medical, and permit documents. These individuals allegedly produced food products under conditions that did not meet sanitary standards. There were also instances of indicating a production date that did not match the actual date.
On November 17, 2025, K. A. V. was detained on suspicion of violations under Articles 168 Part 2 Item 3, 297 Part 1, and 379 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan, which pertain to the organization of illegal migration, forgery of documents, and creating a threat to consumers. The investigation is currently ongoing.
