The State Committee reports that owners of private trucks, under the guise of delivering coal to social fuel bases, are colluding with certain owners of these bases. Having received a power of attorney, they are the first to load coal at the "Kara-Keche" mine and then sell it in Bishkek at inflated prices at commercial points.
Although fuel bases officially operate, coal is rarely unloaded there, as a significant portion is sold at commercial points.

In another scheme, individual entrepreneurs managing social fuel bases transport the shipped coal in small batches to their owned commercial points, where they sell it at inflated prices. They can also sort the coal and package it in bags for subsequent sale at their retail points.
The State Committee continues its efforts to suppress such schemes and identify individuals involved in these violations, according to the release.
