









In Bishkek, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) stopped the illegal production of food products that posed a threat to public health.
According to GKNB, during the investigation of the criminal case, violations of legislation were identified on the part of the head of the farm "KAViKEV," citizen K.A.V.
This entrepreneur attracted foreign workers without the necessary permits and medical documents, who worked in unsanitary conditions, producing food for citizens.
There were also instances of indicating expiration dates that did not correspond to the actual dates.
On November 17, K.A.V. was detained on suspicion of committing crimes under Articles 168 part 2 item 3, 297 part 1, and 379 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal migration, document forgery, and creating a threat to consumers), and was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, investigative actions and operational measures are ongoing.
