The CEO of the construction firm "Brand house," E.N., has been detained on suspicion of fraud, as reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of Bishkek.
According to the information provided, on June 25, 2025, a collective appeal was submitted to the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan by the investors of the residential complex "I.," located on Kuyruchuk Street in Bishkek. The citizens insisted on taking action against the management of LLC "Khan-Stroy," including CEO E.N. and other involved parties.
According to the investigation data, from 2021 to 2024, the suspects attracted investors for the construction of the apartment building "Residential Complex I." without having the necessary permits from the State Architecture Service of Bishkek. They collected significant funds from the investors but failed to fulfill their obligations to deliver the project, misusing the money.
Based on this fact, the investigative authorities of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the investigation, E.N., born in 1987, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
