According to law enforcement agencies, on November 6 at 17:34, a report was received at the duty station of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department about the hospitalization of B. E., born in 1990, in the microsurgery department of the National Hospital.
There, doctors diagnosed the patient with a laceration on the second finger of his left hand and an open fracture with displacement, sustained as a result of an axe attack carried out by a man named K.
B. E. himself recounted that the incident occurred on November 6 around 13:30 in one of the houses on Asanaliev Street. According to him, the owner of the house, Sh. K., born in 1982, during a quarrel provoked by jealousy over the correspondence of his wife K. A., pulled an axe from a sports bag and, threatening to "kill you both," attacked him.
The first blow struck the victim's thigh, the second hit the index finger, resulting in the finger being partially severed.In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Attempted Murder." The suspect, Sh. K., has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.

According to information posted on the website of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Kyrgyzstan, Sh. K. (Shabdanbaev Kanat - Note: Kaktus.media) is a registered candidate for deputy in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 27.
Additionally, he previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy, and also headed the Department of Physical Culture and Sports.
