According to information received on June 25 of this year, the Interior Ministry of the October District received a collective appeal from the shareholders of the residential complex "I.", located on Kuyruchuk Street. In the appeal, they urged the Attorney General of the Kyrgyz Republic to take action against the management of LLC "Khan-Stroy," including general director E. N.
According to the applicants, from 2021 to 2024, the company attracted investments for the construction of an apartment building without the necessary permits from the State Architecture Department and collected significant amounts but failed to fulfill its obligations for the delivery of the facility, using the funds for purposes other than intended.
As a result, the investigative service of the Interior Ministry of the October District initiated a criminal case on the grounds of fraud.

Within the framework of this criminal case, E. N., born in 1987, was detained and is now in the temporary detention facility of the Interior Ministry of Bishkek.
