A collective complaint was submitted to the police by the investors of a residential complex located on Kuyruchuk Street on June 25, 2025. Citizens reported that from 2021 to 2024, the management of the LLC "Khan-Stroy" under the leadership of E.N. collected funds for the construction of an apartment building without having the necessary permits.
According to the claims of the complainants, the developer collected significant amounts but did not fulfill its obligations and used the collected money improperly.
In connection with this, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Fraud").
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
