During the investigation, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) uncovered facts of extortion of funds from businessmen to finance the organized crime group led by Kamchy Asanbek (Kolbaev).
According to representatives of the agency, as a result of operational activities, it was possible to return to state ownership land plots totaling 80 hectares, located in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region.
The GKNB continues its work aimed at identifying property obtained illegally by members of the organized crime group, the press release states.
