In the territory of the Chui region, in the Issyk-Ata district, 80 hectares of land have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to information from the SCNS, during the investigation, facts of extortion of funds from some businessmen for financing the activities of organized criminal groups, as well as the legalization of income obtained illegally, were revealed.
As a result of the investigative and operational measures taken, the state managed to return 80 hectares of land plots in the aforementioned area.
“The State Committee continues its work to identify illegally acquired property related to the activities of organized criminal groups,” the SCNS statement said. ```
