It has been reported that illegally privatized land plots have been returned to the state during inspections conducted by the agency. These plots include 1.5 hectares in Batken, 5 hectares in the village of Kyshtut, and 2 hectares near the "Kyzyl-Bel-automobile" checkpoint.
It turned out that part of this land was previously owned by the head of the "Bolot" farm, while another part belonged to the company "Agropromenergo," which was later transformed into LLC "Batkenayilenergo." Between 2009 and 2022, these plots were unlawfully privatized and used for commercial purposes.
As a result of the preliminary investigation, the owners voluntarily agreed to return the lands to the state balance.
