On November 12, the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek reported that lands worth 150 million soms had been returned to the state.

Since August 5, the Oktobrskiy District Administration began the process of dismantling illegally constructed buildings in contour No. 172, located in the village of Kok-Zhar. The following day, August 6, the work continued, which raised concerns among local residents. They feared that the authorities might demolish their homes as the lands had not been officially registered.

On the same day, several incidents occurred when people illegally blocked the road at the intersection of Akhunbaev and Dostoevsky Streets. This fact was recorded as a violation under Article 279 ("Illegal Blocking of Roads") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, five individuals were detained, who later ended up in custody. Protocols were drawn up against another 17 citizens under Article 128 ("Disobedience to a Lawful Demand of an Internal Affairs Officer") of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Additionally, law enforcement agencies initiated a criminal case under Article 336 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code, within the framework of which 14 individuals were detained, including public officials.

During the investigation, six citizens voluntarily transferred land plots totaling 6 hectares to the state, valued at 150 million soms, handing them over to the management of FUGI.
