"The Mayor of Kant, Ulan Mailibashev, held a meeting with the delegates elected to participate in the IV People's Kurultai, presenting them with kalpaks and expressing his best wishes. The delegates, in turn, emphasized the importance of raising and discussing relevant issues concerning the life of the city," the statement notes.

- Sherimbekov Ruslan Tenirbergenovich — born on June 12, 1986, in Kant. Currently unemployed. Has not previously been a delegate;
- Sydykov Turatbek Baiyshbekovich — born on August 20, 1982, in the village of Kirgshelk, Kant. Temporarily unemployed, has not previously been a delegate;
- Baibosunov Mederbek Soikoevich — born on February 20, 1960, in Kant. Teacher at secondary school No. 5 in the city of Kant. Elected as a delegate in 2024.
