Seventy-two delegates, Mayor Radju Noruzbaev, and members of the Shopokov city council attended the event.
As a result of the voting, the delegates for the IV People's Kurultai became:
- 1. Dolotaliyev Anarbek Temirbekovich, born 28.08.1958, address: Shopokov, Novostroyka St., house 27, apt. 1;
- 2. Zhanibaeva Asylgul Kenenbaevna, born 25.01.1965, address: Shopokov, Mira St., house 2, apt. 32.
The reserve delegates included: Azimov Amankul Kalenderovich and Abdyrahmanova Gulida Abylzhusupovna.
During the meeting, participants also discussed and approved several proposals for further consideration at the IV People's Kurultai.
