The event took place at the "Cholpon" cinema, where residents gathered to vote. Out of a total of 150 registered delegates, 77 participated in the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the head of the Ormon-Khan rural council, Ryskeldi Zholdoshbekov. During the session, a counting commission was formed, after which the candidates presented their programs, each lasting 3 minutes.
A total of 12 candidates were nominated, and the voting results were as follows:
- Mongkoev Mirbek — 45 votes
- Tynchtyk Jumagulov — 41 votes
- Mukanov Yryskulbek — 21 votes
- Ilyazov Asanbek — 19 votes
- Esbekova Zina — 19 votes
- Janibek Musaliev — 19 votes.
Candidates who received less than 18 votes were not elected.
As a result of the elections, the delegates for the IV People's Kurultai became:
- Mirbek Barktabasovich Mongkoev
- Tynchtykbek Kubanychbekovich Jumagulov
- Talai Mukhtasynovich Osmonaliev.
The reserve list included:

At the end of the meeting, a working committee of 11 people was formed, which will address the issues discussed at the Kurultai over the course of the year. Ishenbek Bekishov was elected as the chairman of this committee.
