The district covers: the entire city of Tokmok; the Burani, S. Ibraimov, Birimdik, Onbir-Zhylgyn, and Chui rural districts of the Chui region in full; as well as the cities of Kemin and Orlovka, including the Kichi-Kemin, Kyzyl-Oktyabr, Chon-Kemin, and Chym-Korgon rural districts of the Kemin region.
The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan concluded on November 30. A total of 460 candidates participated in the elections.
The country is divided into 30 districts, from which 3 deputies will be elected to parliament based on the highest number of votes received. Compliance with the gender quota is mandatory: representatives of one gender cannot constitute a majority from the district; options of 2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman are allowed.
