The boundaries of the district fully encompass the city of Karakol, as well as the following rural districts: Jeti-Oguz, Kyzyl-Suu, Orgochor, Barskoon, and Jargyldak, which are located in the Jeti-Oguz district. In the Ton district, the following rural districts are fully included: Kun-Chyghys, B. Mambetov, Ula-Hol, and Ak-Terek.
In Kyrgyzstan, voting for the early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh concluded on November 30, with 460 candidates participating. The country is divided into 30 districts, from each of which three deputies will be elected based on the highest number of votes received. It is important to note that compliance with the gender quota is mandatory: deputies from one district cannot represent only one gender. Possible combinations are either two women and one man, or two men and one woman.
