On December 7, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan reviewed the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate constituency No. 30 and made the corresponding decision.
According to the adopted resolution, the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate constituency No. 30 were recognized as valid, and the protocol on the results of these elections was approved.
As a result of the voting, the deputies from constituency No. 30 are:
— Kubanychbek Karganbekovich Samakov – 13,333 votes (21.62%);
— Ulan Bolotbekovich Bakasov – 11,411 votes (18.5%);
— Zhyldyz Talaibek kyzy – 7,243 votes (11.75%).
To conduct the elections in constituency No. 30, 103 polling stations were created, with 136,461 voters listed. Of these, 62,206 people participated in the voting, which is 45.59% of the total number of registered voters.
At the polling stations in the constituency, 48,575 voters cast their votes, which is 35% of those included in the lists, while 13,631 voters voted remotely, which is 9.99%.
For the early elections in constituency No. 30, 14 candidates were registered, all of whom participated in the elections.
According to protocol No. 30 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the candidates distributed the votes as follows:
1. Aibek Toktogonovich Zhayloobaev – 1,936 votes (3.14%);
2. Muradil Janishbekovich Sydykov – 10,422 votes (16.9%);
3. Yrysbek Kyrmanchievich Kulenbekov – 255 votes (0.41%);
4. Beyshenaly Nurdinov – 2,474 votes (4.01%);
5. Ulan Bolotbekovich Bakasov – 11,411 votes (18.5%);
6. Mirlan Samyikojo – 5,724 votes (9.28%);
7. Aydana Myktybekova – 363 votes (0.59%);
8. Chyngyz Kaparovich Kaparov – 544 votes (0.88%);
9. Khanzada Isakovna Osmonalieva – 2,383 votes (3.86%);
10. Kubanychbek Karganbekovich Samakov – 13,333 votes (21.62%);
11. Adylbek Beyshembaevich Abdykadyrov – 2,164 votes (3.51%);
12. Yrysbubu Mukambetovna Mendurbaeva – 1,003 votes (1.63%);
13. Mustafa Beyshebaevich Jumakanov – 1,470 votes (2.38%);
14. Zhyldyz Talaibek kyzy – 7,243 votes (11.75%);
15. "Against all" – 942 votes (1.53%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received 9 complaints. All appeals were reviewed, and written responses were provided for each. The decisions made were included in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
The CEC of the KR, based on protocol No. 30 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, as well as information from law enforcement agencies about the measures taken regarding reports of violations, recognized the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate constituency No. 30 as valid.
Thus, the deputies from the multi-mandate constituency No. 30 are Samakov Kubanychbek Karganbekovich, Bakasov Ulan Bolotbekovich, and Talaibek kyzy Zhyldyz.
