Today, the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic summarized the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate electoral district No. 2, adopting the corresponding decision.
According to the voting results, the elections in this district were deemed valid, and the protocol with the election results was approved.
The following deputies were elected from district No. 2 to the Jogorku Kenesh:
- Atazhanov Rysbek Islamovich – 13,794 votes (23.59%);
- Kalpaev Baktyyar Alievich – 6,981 votes (11.94%);
- Amanova Burun Kushbekovna – 5,078 votes (8.69%).
For the elections in district No. 2, 92 polling stations were created, where 144,594 voters were registered. A total of 59,172 people participated in the voting, which is 40.94% of the total number of voters in the district.
Of these, 52,797 voted at polling stations, which equals 36.53% of the registered voters, while 6,375 voters used remote voting, accounting for 4.41% of the total.
In these elections in district No. 2, 14 candidates were registered, all of whom participated in the voting.
According to protocol No. 2 of the district election commission dated December 3, 2025, the candidates distributed the votes as follows:
Akmatova Syuita Kamalidinovna – 3,484 votes (5.96%); Ganiev Kanybek Toktomatovich – 4,299 votes (7.35%); Sadikov Abdisatar Saitalievich – 4,547 votes (7.78%); Amanova Burun Kushbekovna – 5,078 votes (8.69%); Kalpaev Baktyyar Alievich – 6,981 votes (11.94%); Sultanbekova Cholpon Aalyievna – 3,052 votes (5.22%); Abdipatta uulu Jumabek – 3,770 votes (6.45%); Abdullaeva Raikhan – 334 votes (0.57%); Saidimirov Chyndykbek Seydakmatovich – 1,245 votes (2.13%); Atazhanov Rysbek Islamovich – 13,794 votes (23.59%); Askarova Elmira Israilovna – 1,202 votes (2.06%); Tölömüshov Begali Pirmamatovich – 4,391 votes (7.51%); Absattarov Azamat Asattylaevich – 2,302 votes (3.94%); Nadirbekov Aitbay Ergeshovich – 3,466 votes (5.93%); “Against all” – 520 votes (0.89%).
